Two-story wooden Deluxe apartment, price list 2025.

New Year's Eve - accommodation only possible for 2 or more nights, for one night by agreement for an additional fee

1 night / apartment for 4 - 6 people without breakfast: 4,400 CZK (each additional person accommodated + 250 CZK per night)

2 nights and more / apartment for 4 - 6 people without breakfast: from 3,900 CZK/night (each additional person accommodated + 250 CZK per night)

1 night / apartment for 8 people without breakfast: 4,900 CZK (each additional person accommodated + 250 CZK per night)

2 nights and more / apartment for 8 people without breakfast: 4,400 CZK/night (each additional person accommodated + 250 CZK per night)

Dog: 200 CZK / 1 day (dog in the area must be on a leash)

Breakfast (possibility to purchase 200 CZK / adult, 150 CZK child from 3 to 10 years, must be reported no later than the day before by 11:00)

Recreational fee to the municipality - according to § 3 of Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees

Adult: 10 CZK / day

Cancellation fees:

cancellation 3 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total accommodation price cancellation 

2 weeks before arrival: 80% of the total accommodation price cancellation 

less than a week before arrival: 100% of the total accommodation price
